Executive Associate Doctor of Chiropractic
Active Family Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Associate Doctor of Chiropractic to lead our team of 5 chiropractors. This role involves overseeing the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring quality care for patients, and developing a culture of success within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead a team of 5 chiropractors, ensuring effective training and development.
- Conduct weekly training curriculum and coaching sessions for chiropractors.
- Lead biweekly meetings to strategize and ensure the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee staff onboarding, set benchmarks for growth, and create corrective action plans when needed.
- Conduct monthly check-ins with the team to track KPIs and reset goals as required.
- Patient Care:
- Oversee patient care and ensure high standards of care and satisfaction.
- Perform new patient examinations, progress exams, and prepare reports of findings.
- Administer Graston technique and supervise supportive therapies (e.g., electrical stimulation, flexion-distraction).
- Handle pediatric and pregnancy specialty care and develop individualized care plans.
- Business Development & Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
- Manage internal marketing efforts through current patient base to drive revenue.
- Create and manage content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to educate the community.
- Organize educational health forums and community outreach with healthcare providers and organizations.
- Financial Management & Compliance:
- Manage clinic budget and oversee billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting.
- Audit medical health records for compliance with HHS/Medicare guidelines.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Develop clinic policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Directly supervise 2 staff members: Back Office Management/Billing and Administrative Chiropractic Assistant.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Chiropractic
- At least 3 years of clinical chiropractic experience
Training Requirements:
- 3 months of training in chiropractic women’s health and pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA)
Special Requirements:
- Active Chiropractor license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
- Webster’s Certification to treat pregnant women
- Pediatrics Experience Certification through the ICPA
